綜合布線系統在接地中的重要事項

 根(gen)據商業建(jian)筑(zhu)物接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)和接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)要求的(de)規(gui)定:綜合布線(xian)(xian)系統(tong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)的(de)結構包括接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)、接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)母線(xian)(xian)(層接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)端子)、接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干線(xian)(xian)、主接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)母線(xian)(xian)(總接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)端子)、接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)引入(ru)線(xian)(xian)、接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)體六(liu)部(bu)分,在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)系統(tong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)的(de)設(she)(she)計時,可(ke)按上(shang)述6個要素分層次地(di)(di)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)設(she)(she)計。

    1. 接地線

    接地線是指綜合布線系統各種設備與接地母線之間的連線。所有接地線均為銅質絕(jue)緣導(dao)線,其截面應不小于4mm2.當綜合布線系統采用屏蔽電纜布線時,信息插座的接地可利用電纜屏蔽層作為接地線連至每層的配線柜。若綜合布線的電纜采用穿鋼管或金屬線糟敷設時,鋼管或金屬線糟應保持連續的電氣連接,并應在兩端具有良好的接地。

    2.接地母線(xian)(層接地端子)

    接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線是(shi)水(shui)平布(bu)線于系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線的公用中心連(lian)接(jie)(jie)點(dian)。每一層(ceng)的樓(lou)層(ceng)配線柜均(jun)(jun)應(ying)與本樓(lou)層(ceng)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線相焊接(jie)(jie)與接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線同一配線間的所有綜合布(bu)線用的金屬架及(ji)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)干(gan)線均(jun)(jun)應(ying)與該(gai)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線相焊接(jie)(jie)。接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線均(jun)(jun)應(ying)為銅母(mu)線,其最的小尺寸(cun)應(ying)為6mm厚×50mm寬(kuan),長(chang)度(du)視工(gong)程(cheng)實際需要來確定(ding)。接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)母(mu)線應(ying)盡量采用電鍍錫以減小接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)電阻,如不是(shi)電鍍,則在將導(dao)線固定(ding)到母(mu)線之前(qian),須對(dui)母(mu)線進行清理。

    3.接地干線

    接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)由總接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)母線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)引出,連接(jie)(jie)所有(you)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)母線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。在(zai)進行接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)設計時,應(ying)充分考(kao)慮建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)結構形式,建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)大小以及綜(zong)(zong)合布線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)路由與空間配置(zhi),并(bing)與綜(zong)(zong)合布線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)電纜干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)敷設相協調(diao)。接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)應(ying)安裝在(zai)不受(shou)物(wu)(wu)(wu)理和機械損傷(shang)的(de)保護處,建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)內的(de)水管(guan)及金屬電纜屏蔽層不能作為接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)使用(yong)。當建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)(wu)中(zhong)使用(yong)兩個或多個垂直接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)時,垂直接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)之間每隔三(san)層及頂(ding)層需用(yong)與接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)等截面(mian)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)相焊(han)接(jie)(jie)。接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)應(ying)為絕(jue)緣(yuan)銅(tong)芯導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),最小截面(mian)應(ying)不小于16mm2.當在(zai)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)上,其(qi)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)電位差大于1Vrm@S(有(you)效值)時,樓層配線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)間應(ying)單獨用(yong)接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)至主接(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)母線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。

    4.主接地(di)母線(總接地(di)端(duan)子)

    一般情況下,每棟建筑(zhu)物有(you)一個(ge)主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)。主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)作為(wei)綜合布(bu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)系統中接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)干線(xian)(xian)(xian)及設(she)備接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的轉接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)點,其(qi)理想位置宜設(she)于外線(xian)(xian)(xian)引入(ru)間(jian)或建筑(zhu)配線(xian)(xian)(xian)間(jian)。主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)應布(bu)置在(zai)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)路徑上,同時考慮(lv)從保(bao)護器到主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)不宣(xuan)過長。接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)引入(ru)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)干線(xian)(xian)(xian)、直流配電屏(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、外線(xian)(xian)(xian)引入(ru)間(jian)的所(suo)(suo)有(you)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)線(xian)(xian)(xian),以及與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)同一配線(xian)(xian)(xian)間(jian)的所(suo)(suo)有(you)綜合布(bu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)用(yong)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬架均應與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)良好(hao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。當外線(xian)(xian)(xian)引入(ru)電纜配有(you)屏(ping)蔽(bi)或穿金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬保(bao)護管時,此屏(ping)蔽(bi)和(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬管也(ye)應焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)至主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)。主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)應采用(yong)銅母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian),其(qi)最小截面尺(chi)寸為(wei)6mm厚X100mm寬,長度(du)可視工程實際需要而定。和(he)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)相(xiang)同,主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)也(ye)應盡量采用(yong)電鍍(du)錫以減(jian)小接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)觸電阻(zu)。如不是電鍍(du),則主(zhu)(zhu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)(di)(di)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)在(zai)固定到導線(xian)(xian)(xian)前必須進行清理。

    5.接地引(yin)入線

    接(jie)地(di)引(yin)入線(xian)指(zhi)主接(jie)地(di)母線(xian)與(yu)(yu)接(jie)地(di)體之間(jian)的連接(jie)線(xian),宜(yi)(yi)采(cai)用40mm寬×4mm厚或50mm×5mm的鍍鋅(xin)扁鋼。接(jie)地(di)引(yin)入線(xian)應作絕緣(yuan)防腐處理,在其出(chu)土(tu)部位 應有防機械損傷(shang)措施,且不宜(yi)(yi)與(yu)(yu)暖氣管道同溝布放。

    6.接地體

    接地(di)體(ti)分自然接地(di)體(ti)和人(ren)工(gong)接地(di)體(ti)兩種。當綜合布線采用單獨接地(di)系統時,接地(di)體(ti)一般采用人(ren)工(gong)接地(di)體(ti),并應滿足以下條件:

    (1) 距離工頻低壓交流供(gong)電(dian)系統(tong)的(de)接地體不宣小(xiao)于10m.

    (2) 距離建筑物(wu)防雷系統的接地體不應小于2m.

    (3) 接地電阻(zu)不應大于40Ω。

    當(dang)綜合(he)(he)布線采(cai)(cai)用(yong)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)接(jie)地系統時,接(jie)地體一般利用(yong)建筑物(wu)基(ji)礎內鋼筋網作為自然(ran)接(jie)地體,其(qi)接(jie)地電阻應(ying)小于(yu)1Ω。在(zai)實際應(ying)用(yong)中通常采(cai)(cai)用(yong)聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)接(jie)地系統,這是因(yin)為與前(qian)者相比,聯(lian)(lian)合(he)(he)接(jie)地方式具有(you)以下(xia)幾個顯著的優(you)點(dian):

    (1)當建(jian)筑物遭受雷擊時,樓層內各點電(dian)位分布比較(jiao)均(jun)勻,工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員及(ji)設備的(de)(de)(de)安全能(neng)得到(dao)較(jiao)好的(de)(de)(de)保障。同(tong)時,大樓的(de)(de)(de)框架結構對(dui)中波(bo)電(dian)磁場能(neng)提供10~40dB的(de)(de)(de)屏蔽效果。

    (2)容易獲(huo)得較(jiao)小的接(jie)地(di)電阻。

    (3)可以(yi)節(jie)約金屬材料,占地少(shao)。

    進行綜(zong)合(he)布(bu)線系(xi)統的接地設計應注意的幾個問題

    1.綜(zong)合市線系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用屏蔽(bi)措(cuo)施時(shi),所有屏蔽(bi)層應(ying)(ying)保(bao)持(chi)連續性,并應(ying)(ying)注意保(bao)證(zheng)導線間相對(dui)位置不變。屏蔽(bi)層的(de)配線設備(bei)(FD或BD)端應(ying)(ying)接(jie)地(di)(di),用戶(hu) (終(zhong)端設備(bei))端視具體(ti)情(qing)況(kuang)直接(jie)地(di)(di),兩端的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di):應(ying)(ying)盡(jin)量連接(jie)至同一接(jie)地(di)(di)體(ti)。當接(jie)地(di)(di)系(xi)統(tong)中存(cun)在兩個,不同的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)體(ti)時(shi),其接(jie)地(di)(di)電位差應(ying)(ying)不大(da)于1Vr.m.S (有效值)。

    2.當(dang)電(dian)纜從建筑物(wu)外面進入建筑物(wu)內部容(rong)易(yi)受到雷擊,電(dian)源碰地(di)(di),電(dian)源感應電(dian)勢或地(di)(di)電(dian)勢上浮(fu)等外界因素的影響時,必(bi)須(xu)采用保護器(qi)。

    3.當線路處于以(yi)下任何(he)一種危險環境(jing)中時,應對其進行過壓過流保護(hu):

    (1) 雷擊引起的危險(xian)影響。

    (2) 工作電(dian)壓超過250V的電(dian)源線路碰地;

    (3) 地電(dian)勢上升到(dao)250V以上而(er)引起的(de)電(dian)源故障;

    (4) 交流50HZ感(gan)應(ying)電壓超過250V.

    4.綜合布線系統的過壓保護宜(yi)選(xuan)用氣(qi)體(ti)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管保護器。因為氣(qi)體(ti)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管保護器的陶瓷(ci)外殼內(nei)密封有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji),其(qi)間(jian)有放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間(jian)隙(xi),并充有惰性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)。當兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位差(cha)超過250V交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或700V雷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)浪涌(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,氣(qi)體(ti)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管開始出(chu)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu),為導(dao)體(ti)和(he)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)提供了一條導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通路。

    5.綜合布(bu)線系統的(de)(de)過流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)宜選用(yong)(yong)能(neng)夠(gou)自(zi)復的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器。由于電纜上(shang)可(ke)能(neng)出現(xian)這(zhe)樣或那樣的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya),如(ru)果(guo)連接設備(bei)為(wei)其(qi)提供了(le)對地的(de)(de)低阻(zu)通路(lu),則(ze)不足以使過壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器動作,而其(qi)產生的(de)(de)電流(liu)(liu)卻可(ke)能(neng)損壞設備(bei)或引起著火。例:20V電力(li)線可(ke)能(neng)不足以使過壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器放電,但有可(ke)能(neng)產生大電流(liu)(liu)進入設備(bei)內部(bu)造成破壞,因此在采用(yong)(yong)過壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)的(de)(de)同時必須采用(yong)(yong)過流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)。要(yao)求采用(yong)(yong)能(neng)自(zi)復的(de)(de)過流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,主要(yao)是為(wei)了(le)方便維(wei)護(hu)。

    總之,隨著智能(neng)建筑的(de)(de)(de)不斷發展,人(ren)們(men)必將(jiang)對綜合(he)布(bu)(bu)(bu)線系(xi)統提出更(geng)為嚴格的(de)(de)(de)要求。對于廣大工(gong)程技術人(ren)員而(er)言,提高綜合(he)布(bu)(bu)(bu)線系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)和可(ke)靠性(xing)將(jiang)是一項長期(qi)而(er)艱巨的(de)(de)(de)任務。路(lu)漫漫其修遠,吾輩(bei)需上下而(er)求索。(文/布(bu)(bu)(bu)線聯盟)
